Refunds typically take up to 10 working days to process. If you haven't heard from us by then, please reach out and we’ll sort it.

Can I exchange my luggage?

Changed your mind after the luggage arrived? It happens! No worries — you can absolutely exchange it. We offer free returns for exchanges, so just get in touch with us using our Returns Form, and we’ll handle the rest. We’re here to make sure you get the perfect travel companion!

What do I do if my luggage arrives faulty?

We totally get it — sometimes luggage can take a little “bump” during delivery. If that happens, don’t stress — we’ve got you covered and will replace it free of charge. Just let us know by completing our Contact Us Form within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll organise a replacement upon return of the faulty item.

What do I do if my luggage breaks?

We handpick only the highest-quality luggage, so we’re confident it won’t be breaking on you anytime soon! But just in case, every piece comes with a warranty. So if the unlikely happens, you’re totally covered so you can travel with peace of mind!

Is there a warranty for luggage?

How long does my gift card last for?

Our gift cards last for 2 years from the date of purchase. So, no rush, take your time and treat yourself (or someone else) to something amazing within that time frame!
